We provide Hydrographic Surveying services to our clients in order to assist them with problem solving issues such as sedimentation at the floor of bodies of water. Over time sedimentation affects water storage volume, surface area and topography of the earth below the water.
By using GPS with sounding sonar, we are able to calculate and collect data that will map the surface below levels of lakes, ponds, streams and rivers. The equipment can either be mounted on a manned or unmanned vessel (Seafloors “Hydrone”) in order to collect the data necessary to create models, volumes calculation, cross sections and other important information below the water’s surface.
Traditional surveying methods used to calculate the surface below a body of water can be very time consuming and expensive. This is why using the latest technologies allow us to collect a larger amount of data, while also being more time and cost effective.
